Charters into and across the Americas reward operators who plan around the continent's hard edges. A Gulfstream G650ER or Global 7500 will hold São Paulo to Teterboro nonstop, but the constraint is rarely the airframe. It is the 2200 to 0600 noise curfew at Aspen, the slot discipline at Mexico City, and the reality that Guarulhos ground handling slows when a flight files outside published business hours. We position the aircraft and the crew duty day against those facts before a price is ever quoted.

The detail work sits at the edges. Nonstop range from Buenos Aires or Santiago to the US East Coast means clearing US customs at the FBO rather than a commercial terminal, which in practice means Signature at Westchester or Sheltair at Fort Lauderdale, with APIS filed and CBP notified well inside the window.
