Dubai as a regional gateway

Between Europe and Asia

Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum (DWC) between them serve more ULR movements than any single hub outside the United States.

Dubai is the density point for Middle Eastern private aviation and the most efficient connector between Europe and South Asia. Between DXB and DWC, four full-service FBOs operate simultaneously, with Jetex and DC Aviation providing the dominant service footprints. The standard routing pattern is a ULR arrival from London or Paris on a Global 7500 or G650ER, onward positioning to Malé, Colombo, or Mumbai, and a return via a European tech-stop to North America if required. Parking at DXB is constrained during December and the first week of January (the Art Dubai and Formula 1 off-season periods); DWC absorbs overflow and offers a longer runway for the heaviest metal.
